Terms and Conditions

Our maximum liability for any garments in our care will not exceed more than 10x the cost of cleaning.  If your garment is damaged due to our fault, we will repair it as no charge.  If your garment can not be repaired or is lost, we will replace it.  Proof of purchase is required for any replacement claim.  Replacement value is as follows:

1-90 days since purchase: 100% replacement value, not to exceed our maximum liability limit.

91-180 days since purchase: 50% replacement value, not to exceed our maximum liability limit.

181-365 days since purchase: 25% replacement value, not to exceed our maximum liability limit.

beyond 1yr since purchase: 0% replacement value.

Without proof of purchase, there will be no replacement value.

Our liability is excluded from Designer clothing.  Designer garments is cleaned at owner's risk.

We will not be held responsible for any damage or missing Designer clothing.  You will be required to sign a waiver at drop off.  

The duration of liability is 30 days.  After 30 days, it will be considered abandoned and we reserve the right to dispose of it as we wish.
